Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Darwinbox System Engineer to join our IT & Security team. This role is designed for professionals with 2 to 5 years of experience, where placement level will be determined by the candidate's demonstrated abilities. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in managing and optimizing our Darwinbox systems to ensure seamless operations.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement Darwinbox solutions tailored to business needs.
- Integrate various systems and applications to enhance functionality.
- Automate routine tasks to improve operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly.
- Evaluate system performance and recommend enhancements.
- Spearhead data migration projects and ensure data accuracy.
Requirements
- Strong Darwinbox experience
- HRMS / HR module knowledge
- Technical & Functional L2 expertise
- System configuration, troubleshooting & support
- Strong functional understanding of HR processes
Experience & Compensation
- Experience Required: 2 to 5 years.
